He has begun spending more and more time in Cape Town. His easy-going manner, typical French flair and years of film experience make him an invaluable asset to the company. [ Alexandra Oppenheimer ] - Producer - Cape Town Having spent the last 18 years in the film industry, Alexandra has worked on corporate video, multi-media conventions, feature films, live concert broadcasts and television pilots (also having produced a local Director at one point!!). [ Bruce Millen ] - Producer - Johannesburg Bruce has been producing commercials for the past eighteen years, of which the first nine were spent in collaboration with Philo, working in the local market. Together with Emmanuel, Bruce was involved in the first commercials service work done by Philo Films in the early nineties.
